Important:Alwayskeepthebatteryfullycharged
(1.265specicgravity).Thisisespecially
importanttopreventbatterydamagewhenthe
temperatureisbelow0°C(32°F).
1.Makesurethatthellercapsareinstalledin
battery.Chargebatteryfor10to15minutesat
25to30Aor30minutesat10A.
2.Whenthebatteryisfullycharged,unplug
thechargerfromtheelectricaloutlet,then
disconnectthechargerleadsfromthebattery
posts(Figure75).
3.Installthebatteryinthemachineandconnect
thebatterycables,refertoInstallingtheBattery
(page54).
Note:Donotrunthemachinewiththebattery
disconnected,electricaldamagemayoccur.
