The timers
Press
Q
to select the Sleep timer. Use the
number buttons to set the required time. For
example, to switch the television off in one and a
half hours enter 01:30, or press
R
to
increase/decrease in steps of 10 minutes.
Press EXIT to finish.
This feature will set the television to go to a specific
channel at a certain time. It can be used to view a
particular programme, or by setting the mode to daily or
weekly, can be used to view a series of programmes.

Press MENU and use
Q
to highlight Timers,
then press OK.
A screen will appear superimposed over the
picture being viewed, showing a list of settings.

Repeat the procedure until all required settings
have been made. Press MENU to finish.
At the Start time of the requested programme a
box will appear on screen warning that the
television is switching to the timed channel, it will
then do so. When the End time is reached the
television will return to the channel originally
being viewed.
NOTE: Changing channels etc. during a timed
programme will cancel the timer.

To begin setting the TIMER MENU, press
Q
to
highlight the first setting in the list and press OK.

to highlight Name and using

select the desired channel.
Then using
Q
and
S
or
R
go through the list
setting Start, End and Date using the number
buttons.
Press
Q
to select the Mode and
S
or
R
to select
between Once, Daily or Weekly. Press OK.
The required settings will now be added to the
main list and switched to Active.
The television can be set to turn itself off after a
certain time.
