Use settings to customize your CANVIO® HOME
1 Confirm or change the device name and/or description shown onscreen.
2 Click Next.
3 To keep the default IP and DNS server address settings, leave the boxes checked. To manually enter an IP or DNS server
address, uncheck the relevant box and enter the information.
4 Click Next.
5 Confirm or change the time zone and/or time service (NTP) settings.
6 Click Next.
7 Enter your CANVIO HOME administrative password, and enter it again to confirm.
8 Click Submit.
9 On the Success screen, click OK.
Manage system settings
The system settings include device information, information on current users logged into the device, current device setup,
email notification setup, and shutdown/reboot functionality.
As with all advanced settings, we recommend that most users do not make changes to any of the system settings displayed here.
The main CANVIO HOME main menu provides the features that most users need. Only highly technical, advanced users should
configure these advanced options.
