Click [Next].

Select “Local printer”, uncheck the “Automatically detect and
install my Plug and Play printer”, and click [Next].
y When using the Windows Vista, select “Add a local printer“ and click [Next].

Select “Create a new port” and select “Local Port” in the “Type of
port” drop down menu. Then click [Next].
y The Port Name dialog box appears.
