Select the directory service name that you want to search in the
“Directory Service Name” field, and enter the search terms in the
fields that you want to search.
yIf you select the model name of this equipment at the Directory Service Name drop
down box, you can search for recipients in the address book of this equipment.
yTopAccess will search for the recipients that match the entries.
yLeaving the field blank allows wild card searching. (However, you must specify one of
them.)

Click [Search].
y TopAccess will start searching for recipients in the LDAP server and the Search
Address List page will display the results.

Check the Email boxes of users to add the Email recipients or Inter-
net Fax recipients, and check the Fax boxes of users to add the Fax
recipients.
yWhen you are creating the Scan to Email template, the ID check boxes are displayed in
the Search Address List page.
yYou can specify the fax number for the destination only when the optional Fax unit is
installed.
