YES Replace the finisher controller PC board.

Is the saddle stitch unit drive mechanism working properly?
NO Fix the mechanism.
YES
Try replacing the staple/fold motor (M7). Is the problem corrected?
YES End.

Replace the finisher controller PC board.

NO Replace the sensor controller PC board.
