Outputting a Job Saved to the Equipment
The printer drivers provide various ways to handle jobs such as Scheduled Print, Private Print, Proof Print, Hold Print,
Multi Station Print, Store to e-Filing, and Multiple Job Type.

Printing on a specified date and time (Scheduled Print)
This allows you to specify the date and time to print your job. This is useful for delaying your print job until off-peak
hours.
Before performing Scheduled Print, make sure the date and time of this equipment and your computer are the same.

Display the [Basic] tab menu.

Select [Scheduled Print] from [Print Job].

Click [...] on the right of [Print Job].

Click [Date] to display the Calendar screen. Select the date for the print job from the calendar.

Select [Time], and then click the spin button to change the time.
To change the hour, select the hour number, and then click the spin button. To change the time, select the time
number, and then click the spin button.

Click [OK].

Set other printing functions as needed, and then click [OK].

Click [Print] or [OK] to send the job.
The document is queued and printed at the specified time and date.
