Confirm that there is no gap between the staple belt and the front of the stapler.
If there is any gap, push the staple belt with your fingers in the direction of the arrow.

Fit the staple cartridge into the stapler.
Insert the staple cartridge straight until it is fixed.

Close the front cover of the Offline Stapler.
