If closed caption is not activated on your Toshiba TV VCR Combo, consider the following: * The TV station may be experiencing problems, or the program tuned is not closed captions; try another channel. * The TV signal may be weak; check the CABLE connection of the VHF/UHF antenna, reposition or rotate the antenna. * The CLOSED CAPTION button is not depressed; press the CLOSED CAPTION button to turn on the closed caption.
