Procedure
10) Using a burner, remove the discharge
pipe and the suction pipe connected to
the compressor.
WARNING
In case of removing the piping by broiling
the welded part with a burner, if the piping
includes oil, it may burst into flames at the
moment when wax melted, so take
sufficient care.
CAUTION
Note so that the flame does not catch the
4-way valve and PMV.
(An operation may become an error.)
11) Pull off the discharge pipe and the
suction pipe of the refrigerating cycle
upward.
12) Remove the compressor bolts which fix
the compressor to the bottom plate.
(3 pcs.)
13) Pull out the compressor toward you.
X CAUTIONX
The weight of the compressor is 15kg or
more, so handle it by 2 workers.
