  • Disconnection Means: The appliance requires a means for disconnection from the supply with a contact separation of at least 3 mm in all poles, incorporated in the fixed wiring.

Usage Features:

  • Remote Control: The unit is operated via an infrared wireless remote control, which can also be used as a wired control. The remote control features buttons for Start/Stop, Mode Select (MODE), Temperature (TEMP), Fan Speed (FAN), Swing Louver (SWING), Set Louver (FIX), 8°C Heating Operation, On Timer (ON), Off Timer (OFF), Setup (SET), Clear (CLR), Memory and Preset (PRESET), Silent Operation (SILENT), High Power (Hi POWER), Eco (ECO), Quiet (QUIET), Comfort Sleep (COMFORT SLEEP), Filter Reset (FILTER), Set Clock (CLOCK), Check (CHECK), and Reset (RESET).

  • 8°C Heating Operation: Maintains an 8°C set temperature for heating. Adjustable from 5°C to 13°C.
  • Silent Operation: Reduces outdoor unit operating noise. Offers two levels: Silent 1 (balances capacity and sound) and Silent 2 (prioritizes sound reduction, reducing max sound by 4 dB(A), potentially compromising capacity).
  • Timer Operation: Allows setting ON, OFF, or Daily timers.
  • Preset Operation: Stores preferred operation settings for future recall (except airflow direction).
  • Temporary Operation: In case of a misplaced or discharged remote control, pressing the RESET button on the indoor unit can start/stop the unit in AUTOMATIC mode, 24°C preset temperature, and automatic fan speed.
  • Comfort Sleep Operation: Automatically controls airflow and turns off after 1, 3, 5, or 9 hours. In cooling, set temperature increases 1°C/hour for 2 hours (max 2°C). In heating, set temperature decreases.
  • Auto Restart Function: The unit automatically restarts in the same operating mode after a power failure. This function is ON by default and can be turned OFF.
  • Manual Defrost Operation: Allows manual defrosting of the outdoor unit's heat exchanger during heating operation by pressing and holding SET for 5 seconds.
  • Remote Control A-B Selection: Allows separation of remote control signals for two indoor units installed nearby, preventing interference.

Maintenance Features:

  • Cleaning:
    • Indoor unit and remote control should be cleaned with a wet cloth. Avoid benzine, thinner, polishing powder, or chemically-treated duster.
    • Air filters should be cleaned every 2 weeks by vacuuming or washing and drying.
  • Self Cleaning Operation (Cool and Dry Operation Only): When activated, the fan continues to run for 30 minutes after the unit is turned off to reduce humidity and prevent bad smells. Can be stopped immediately by pressing the button two more times within 30 seconds.
  • Professional Maintenance: It is recommended that maintenance be performed by a specialist when the unit has been operated for a long time.
