Setting the Opportunity Pause correctly and taking advantage of the working pause, it's
possible to cover 2 work-shifts ( 8 hours + 8 hours ) with the same forklift without changing it
or its battery.
The OPPORTUNITY PAUSE between the first and the second phase of charge can be modified
by moving two dip-switches 2 and 3 that are located on the MTL board, near the
microprocessor and the black heatsink (see next picture).
To modify the value, follow these steps:
• Disconnect the charger from main supply and battery.
• Locate the dip-switches on the digital electronic board (see next picture).
• Set the dip-switches according with the following table and pictures.
• Connect the charger to main supply.
When a battery is connected to the charger, the programmed Opportunity Pause will be shown
on the display during the start-up sequence.
