What to do if my TP-Link Modem cannot access the internet?

If your TP-Link Modem cannot access the internet, ensure all cables are properly and securely connected. Contact your ISP to verify that the modem is activated; if not, they will activate it for you. Check the device connected to the modem to ensure it's set to obtain an IP address automatically. Try power cycling the modem by unplugging and then plugging back in the power adapter. You can also try to reset the cable modem. If the problem persists, contact Technical Support.
