  If the login page of your TP-Link Modem’s web interface does not appear, check if your computer is set to a static IP address. If it is, change the setting to obtain an IP address automatically. Ensure that http://192.168.100.1 is correctly entered in your web browser. Try using a different web browser, and unplug and reconnect both ends of the Ethernet cable.
