Adjustment range options:
This menu point is used to alter the balance in
level between the left and right channels, e.g.
to compensate for non-symmetrical
loudspeaker positioning. The balance can be
adjusted in increments of 1 dB; the screen
always displays the current value.
This set-up option is used to switch loudness on
or off.
This menu point can be used to disable (by-
pass) the PA 2000 R's tone controls.
To switch off the tone controls, select the “OFF”
setting. When the tone controls are switched
off, any adjustments you make to the following
menu points “BASS” and “TREBLE” have no
effect.
Tone (L) / (R)
This sub menu points only
appears, if “separate for L/R”
under the menu item “Bass /
Treble settings” is chosen. In
this case the settings for bass and
treble can be done separately for
each channel.
The purpose of this menu point is to call up the
configuration menu for tone control for the left /
right channel.
The sub menu points „Treble“ and „Bass“
correspond to the menu items below.
This menu point is used to adjust the treble
settings.
This menu point is used to adjust the bass
settings.
This menu point is used to adjust Loudness to
suit the loudspeakers and the listening room.
The table on the next page will help you to
find the correct setting.
Bass / Treble settings

This menu point can be used to change the
method of controlling the tone settings. The
bass and treble values can be altered together,
if “same for L/R” is set. To alter the values
separately for each channel, “independent for
L/R” must be set.
