Adjusting the Loudness
level
The table below provides a starting point for setting the Loudness level
correctly. The Loudness level should be selected to suit the size of the
listening room and the efficiency of your loudspeakers. If the
recommended setting is not satisfactory, or you do not know the
efficiency of the speakers, you can find the appropriate value by
carrying out listening tests. The setting is correct when the sound image
(bass and treble) is the same at low and high listening levels.
