DEFINITIONS AND PICTOGRAMS
Definitions:
The following terms are used in this manual:
"Product
": Equipment element or assembly defined on the cover page, delivered complete in
its standard version, or as one of the various models described.
"Installation
": Comprehensive set of operations required to place a complete product in a condition
ready for commissioning (or connection to other components for commissioning),
starting from the state in which the product has been delivered.
"User
": Person or department in charge of management and safe use of the product
described in the manual.
"Technician": Qualified person in charge of the maintenance operations described and authorised
to the user by the manual; the technician is understood to be skilled and familiar with
the product.
"Operator
": Person or department using the product in compliance with the purpose for which it
is intended.
Pictograms used in this manual:
“DANGER”: Remarks intended to prevent fatal, serious or minor injury to personnel or damage
to the environment.
”IMPORTANT
”: Remarks intended to prevent a failure or damage to the product, but not directly
endangering the life or health of the operator or any other person, or damage
to the environment.
”NOTE
”: Remarks concerning precautions to be taken to ensure easy, efficient installation,
use and maintenance.
