Note: An elbow is not required for this conversion.
1. Remove vertical slide bracket screw.
2. Slide the vertical slide bracket down to expose the
holes in the vertical tube. See and Figure 52, p. 36, and
Figure 53, p. 37.
3. Reattach bracket screw to secure vertical slide bracket
in new position.
