10. Proximity Sensor SQ1 (T7-6-10680) is broken or the terminal to PCB X5 inside the
control box is loose or broken, so PCB doesn’t receive the signal from SQ1. (Please
check the 1

LED (LS1) in upper-left corner of the PCB inside control box. LED is on
when PCB receive the signal from SQ1.
11. Separator (T7-1-10263) is too inward when it’s at home position (Separator should be at
the same level with the backside of the Left Guide and Right Guide
T7-1-10273/T7-1-10281) and causes failed strapping feeding. Please check if Upper
Guide can move frontward and backward when it’s at home position? If so, please
refer to manual Part II P2 and adjust #54 HBS0816N screw which is under Separator.
