12. The Upper Guide Ass’y (T7-1-24002/T7-1-24001) might be too high or too low, so the
strap hit the Separator.
When machine is at the home position, the bottom side of Upper Guide
(T7-1-24110) should be 1.5~2mm away from the blade of Front Bar (T7-1-15110).
Incorrect distance will cause strap jam because the head tip of strap will hit the separator
when being fed
The right side of Upper Guide (T7-1-24110) should be as close as to
Guide Wheel (T7-1-23110) and BR 1910zz Bearings but make sure that
they are not completely touched.
This drawing shows the position of
Upper Guide (T7-1-24110), Guide
Wheel (T7-1-23110) and BR1910zz
Bearings.
13. The width of the strap doesn’t match the Right Strap Guide. Please refer to manual
Part 1 P20 How to Adjust the Right Strap Guide After Changing to a Different Strap
Width.
14. The Pin (T7-2-10210) in Bandway is too close to the Arch, so the strap hit the Pin when
doing feeding. Adjust the Pin to about 15mm from the Arch Cover (T7-5-60142) when
it’s in at reversing point.
15. Press Bar (T7-1-14002) is stuck during feeding. Please check if there’s too much
debris or poor lubricated cause the unsmooth movement.
16. If above are ok, please replace PCB (T7-6-10140 /T7-6-10141).
