Warranty Term
A Metalúrgica TRAPP warrants
this product for 02 (two) years,
except for the Motor which has
a distinct and limited one-year
warranty. Motor defects that
occur 01 (one) year after the date
of purchase stated on the rst
consumer invoice are excluded
from the extended warranty.
The legal warranty is already
included in the warranty terms
established in the previous
paragraph:
First three months - legal
warranty.
The nine following months
- special warranty given by
Metalúrgica TRAPP.
 The twelve months after
the special warranty - motor
excluded - complementary
warranty given by Metalúrgica
TRAPP Ltda.
This warranty will be void if
the product is damaged due
to accidents, improper use,
recklessness, lack of knowledge
or non-fulllment of the
instructions contained in the
Instructions Manual or if it
presents signs of having been
set, repaired or disassembled
by personnel unauthorized by
TRAPP.
Warranty will also be voided if
product is exposed to humidity,
bad weather, corrosive sea air etc.
Warranty will not cover parts
which present natural wear.
Note:
The parts replaced or services
carried out under warranty
will be covered by the three-
month legal warranty only;
the terms of the special and
complementary warranties
previously given will be
respected.
