WARRANTY
Triogen ozone generators, air dryers and associated equipment are
covered by a twelve month warranty period starting from the date
of purchase by the end user during which time any failure of the
equipment due to defective workmanship or parts will be repaired
without charge, provided that:
Notice of the claimed defect is given within the twelve (12) months from
the date of purchase.
The parts or accessories are returned to the appropriate address and
that transportation is prepaid.
The servicing agent is satisfied that the claimed defects are traceable to
the original parts of workmanship.
The warranty will be deemed void if the equipment is serviced by other
than a fully trained service engineer acknowledged by, or
employed by, the supplier or if the equipment has not been
installed in line with the manufacturers recommendations.
In no event shall the manufacturers be liable for any consequential loss,
damage or expense arising from the supply and use of the
equipment or for the inability to utilise the equipment either
separately or in combination with other equipment.
