4. When a heart rate reading is required, please make sure that
the machine is equipped with a wireless heart rate receiver
(optional), meanwhile the user needs to wear a wireless heart
rate chest strap (optional). This product supports the standard
5.3KHz wearable heart rate detector.
1. Before use, please wet the two contact electrodes of the
chest strap with water.
2. Adjust the length of the chest strap so that it ts properly
when it is fastened to the chest.
