ITEM DESCRIPTION
TIME
Time of exercise.
TIME/500M
Time per 500 meters: Real-time estimation of time/500m at the current
stroke speed.
DISTANCE
Distance of exercise.
PULSE
Heart rate during exercise. OPTIONAL
CALORIE
Energy consumed during exercise
SPM
Stroke speed: Number of strokes per minute, indicating the stroke speed
during exercise.
STROKES
Number of strokes: Statistics of the number of strokes during exercise.
TOTAL STROKES
Total number of strokes: Sum of the number of strokes calculated from the
time of battery replacement
Option: When this function is not selected in the product, all heart rate functions are unavailable, and the original
heart rate display window is not displayed
DISPLAY MODE OF MAIN WINDOW DURING EXERCISE:
SCANNING MODE: Display in the following order successively for every 6 seconds:
TIME -> TIME/500m -> DISTANCE -> PULSE -> CALORIE -> SPM -> STROKES ->
TOTAL STROKES.
FIXED MODE: Press the button of
MODE
to select and x a certain function display.
