HOW TO APPLY LUBRICANT
Lift 1 side of the running deck.
Pour half of the lubricant bottle under the centre of the running deck on the top surface of the treadboard.
Walk on the Trojan Ignite 350 Treadmill at a slow speed for 3 to 5 minutes to evenly distribute lubricant.
NOTE: DO NOT over lubricate treadboard. Any excess lubricant that comes out should be wiped off.
NOTE: ONLY USE HALF THE BOTTLE OF LUBRICANT PER APPLICATION.
LUBRICATION SCHEDULE
Check the treadboard lubrication during installation. If it’s necessary, lubricate the running deck using half of
the lubricant provided, before using the Trojan Ignite 350 Treadmill for the rst time.
If the Trojan Ignite 350 Treadmill is used on a regular basis, the running deck should be lubricated once a month.
If the Trojan Ignite 350 Treadmill is not used for 2 months or more, the running deck must be lubricated before
use.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded. If malfunction or breakdown occurs, grounding provides a path of least
resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having
an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate
outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER - improper connection of the equiment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock.
Check with a qualied electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly
grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product, if it will not t the outlet; have a proper outlet
installed by a qualied electrician.
This product is for use on a nominal 220-240 volt circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug
illustrated in the gure. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same conguration
as the plug. No adaptor should be used with this product.
