checks?
Please contact the customer service. If necessary, bring the
device to a specialist company for cooling and air-conditioning
or to Trotec for repair.
Error codes
The following error messages can be displayed in the segment
display(22):
Error code Cause Remedy
AS Fault at humidity sensor Disconnect the device briefly from
the mains.
Should the error still be displayed
after the restart, please contact
the customer service.
ES Fault at temperature sensor
E3 General fault at the device
EC Leaking refrigerant Switch the device off and contact
the customer service.
P1 Automatic defrost This is not a fault. Wait for a brief
period. The indication will
disappear the moment the
automatic defrost process is
completed.
P2 Condensation tank full or
not inserted correctly
Empty the condensation tank or
check the condensation tank for
correct fit.
