  If your True Fitness Treadmill resets or pauses randomly, there might be several reasons. Begin by replacing the power cord, as it may be damaged. Ensure the power cord is properly connected to both the unit and the outlet. Make sure the safety e-stop key is fully engaged with the console. Insufficient power could also be the issue, so verify the output voltage from the 20A outlet using a voltmeter. Finally, user weight must be over 90lbs. Verify No User Present settings in console.

Also, moisten the contacts on the transmitter belt. Make sure you are positioned within 3 feet (1 meter) of the heart rate receiver on the console.
