national electric safety codes, state/provincial and local electric and building codes.

The unit must be mounted to wall studs or other structural member, or with wall anchors appropriate for the
type of wall surface and suicient to securely hold forty pounds if there is no convenient structural member
available.
WARNING: Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the unit falling from the wall, creating the
possiblity of personal injury or death.
trutankless electric water heaters are designed for a very long service life, but actual life expectancy will be
directly aected by water quality and use. If you do not already know the quality of your water, we advise
testing (your water department may be able to assist). Especially in areas where the water hardness exceeds
180 PPM or 10.5 grains/gallons, installing a non-salt based soener or polyphosphate in-line filter may
prolong the life of your unit.
The commercial version of the water heater is generally used in hotel, swimming pool and other places of large;
The commercial version of the water heater for shower use, set the temperature too high, there is a risk of burns;
