To set the power percentage that will be allowed during
The Advanced Screen provides service professionals
with test and factory reset capability.
The following conditions are normally displayed:
DEMO MODE
Demo mode is a feature that is only used by service
professionals to test functions of the screen. When
Demo Mode is ON, the unit will not heat water.
The end user should not active this mode. Leave
the toggle switch set to OFF.
FACTORY RESET
Factory reset will return the unit to its factory setting.
ALERT CONDITIONS
The Model TR/TC will alert the homeowner if it senses a fault condition both audibly and visually. In addition to these
“local” alerts, the Bollente Monitoring Service can sense them. In the case of the latter, options exist that allow the
homeowner to receive alert message via their cell phone or email.
POTENTIAL SENSOR
FAILURES
The following sensors are monitored
for proper operation:
• Incoming water temperature sensor
• Outgoing water temperature sensor
• Temperature of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
• Voltage Level over 250VAC
• Heating Elements 1 through 4
• Leak Sensor
OTHER ALERTS
In addition to the sensors monitored, alerts will be flagged
for the following items:
• Continuous flow over the specified
allowable time
• Continuous heat over the specified
allowable time
• No temperature rise detected
• Elements 1 through 4 operating properly
• Startup Lockout
• Disabled
• Anti-freeze
• Overtemp sensor or watchdog Alert
