If you use the media with black mark on the print side, you need to adjust the position of the black mark sensor. (as shown
below) In the operation menu, select [Sensor] and then set the [Black Mark Location] to [Print Side]. After finishing the
configuration, adjust the top black mark sensor so that the sensor can align with the black mark on the print side.
5. Close the printhead mechanism, label holder cover and media cover.
6. Enter the operation menu list. Go to [Sensor] → [Auto Calibration] to calibrate the media sensor.
Note: Please calibrate the gap/black mark sensor when changing media.
