    Why can't I open my Turbolock Locks door?

      There might be several reasons why you can't open the door: * The TL88 automatically locks after approximately 3 seconds of inactivity. * Your access may be restricted to certain times of the day. Check with the lock’s admin regarding your access details. * The latch size may be incorrect. Disassemble the lock and check the latch assembly. If it is a retrofit, compare the latch length and adjust as needed. If installed on a new door, adjust the latch and/or drill into the door to fit the latch as needed. * The latch and strike plate might not be aligned properly. Open the door and check their alignment, adjusting as needed.

      If the fingerprint sensor recognizes your fingerprint, but the door doesn’t unlock, it could be due to the following reasons: * The power cable may not be connected properly. Reinstall the TL88. If the problem persists, contact customer service for further action, including finding an authorized technician for repair, or warranty replacement. * The lock’s motor may have failed.

      If the lock beeps multiple times when you try to use your fingerprint but doesn’t open, it might be because your fingerprint was not recorded properly or at all. Use the Turbolock app to gain immediate access, then re-authorize your fingerprint using the app. This requires admin privileges.

      If your fingerprint isn’t recognized and you’re locked out, it may be due to the lock entering a 5-minute Security Lock-Out Mode after 20 unsuccessful fingerprint attempts. Use the Turbolock app to gain immediate access. Alternatively, wipe off the sensor to remove potential smudges or obstructions and try again after 5 minutes.
