      There could be several reasons for no sound or low sound in your Turtle Beach Headsets: * The volume control might be turned down. To resolve this, press the Volume Up button on the Xbox One Audio Adapter. If needed, press the Game button of the Chat/Game Balance. Also, turn up the Game Volume Control on the In-Line Amplifier, and ensure the volume on your device (game console, PC, mobile device) is turned up. * A connector might be loose. Make sure each plug is fully and firmly inserted.

Press the Mic Mute button on the Xbox One Audio Adapter or slide the Mic Mute switch on the In-Line Amplifier to the Mic On position, ensuring the Mic Status LED is green. * The mic boom might be loose. Confirm that the mic boom is fully inserted into the jack on the left earcup. * The chat application might be configured incorrectly. Review the setup procedures to ensure your chat application is properly configured.
