Replace steering balls
Head lamp beam focus I & A - Inspect and adjust
All critical fasteners I & TI - Inspect and tighten to the torque
Side stand pivot C, L & A - Clean, inspect and lubricate
All electrical indication and
cluster functions
I - Inspect
Battery MF 12V I - Health check
Tyre pressure front & rear
at cold condition
I & S - Inspect and set
Brake pad wear I - Inspect and replace if necessary
Brake fluid I & T R Inspect and top up, replace
Brake hose I - Inspect and replace every three years
Master cylinder cups - R Replace
Charger and charging
operation
I - Inspect and replace incase of cable wear
Fork oil - R Replace
All terminals and couplers I & C - Inspect and check
Drivetrain assembly I & R -
Check for abnormal noise and replace
transmission oil
Vehicle parameters check
and service reminder reset
RE & CH -
Reset service reminder and check for DTC's
using Diagnostic tool. Check and verify network
connectivity of the cluster
Software update and
application check
RE & CH -
Check for Software version and update thorugh
OTA or Diagnostic tool if required.
Check customer mobile application / watch
application and update if necessary
