2.8 Attaching Drive Cables
Attaching Serial ATA Cables
S8238 is equipped with four Serial ATA (SATA) channel. Connections for the
drives are very simple.
There is no need to set Master/Slave jumpers on SATA drives.
If you are in need of SATA/SAS cables or power adapters please contact your place
of purchase.
The following pictures illustrate how to connect an SATA drive.
