  If the heater element in the stone compartment of your Tylo Heater isn't warming up, first ensure that the temperature settings on the control panel are set correctly for operation in the stone compartment and are higher than the current ambient temperature. Then, check the fuses on the main switchboard, as some of the RB-box/TS-panel fuses may have tripped. Replace or reset them if necessary. If the element still doesn't heat, the heater element itself, the internal RB-box/TS-panel PCB, or the internal temperature cut-out may be faulty, requiring diagnosis and repair by an authorized electrician.

Also, inspect the fuses on the main switchboard and replace or reset them if necessary. If these steps don't resolve the issue, there may be a loose contact in the cabling between the RB-box and the control panel. Turn off the RB-box main power switch and reconnect each cable or paired cable to the control panel, then switch the RB-box main power switch back on. If the problem persists, further diagnosis by an authorized electrician is needed, as there could be a faulty 12VDC output, a faulty transformer on the PCB in the RB-box, or a faulty control panel.

  If the fuses or ground fault interrupt device on the main switchboard trip as soon as you turn on your Tylo heater, it indicates a potential short-circuit. This could be due to a faulty heater element, lighting connected to and controlled via the RB-box, an insulation fault in the heater element (especially if the heater hasn't been used for a long time), too much water poured on the heater, or another internal heater fault. In any of these cases, do not use the heater. Switch off the main RB-box switchboard trip and disconnect the heater fuses on the main switchboard. An authorized electrician is required to find the fault.
