Why is my Tylo SENSE SPORT Heater not working?

  If your Tylo Heater isn't working, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure that the thermostat is set to a sufficiently high temperature and that the timer is within the 'ON' range, but not exceeding three hours. Another possible cause is blown or tripped fuses in the distribution board. In this case, replace or reset the affected fuses. Lastly, the internal temperature cut-out may have been activated. Check and fix the reason for this activation. To reset it, locate the red button under the heater (Figure 6) and press it.

  If the fuses or earth fault breaker in the distribution board trip when you turn on or use your Tylo Heater, it might be due to an insulation fault in the tubular elements, especially if the heater has been inactive for a while. In this case, switch off the heater and refrain from using it. It's recommended to contact an electrician to inspect the fault or reach out to the dealer if the heater is still under guarantee.
