The set sauna temperature must be higher than the actual ambient temperature for the heater to activate. Also, check the RB-box/TS-panel fuses on the main switchboard and replace/reset them if needed. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it could be due to a faulty resistor coil in the heater element or an internal RB-box/TS-panel PCB fault, both of which require an authorized electrician to diagnose.

  If the lights in your sauna do not come on when switched on at the control panel of your Tylo Heater, first check the internal glass fuse in the RB-box/TS-panel. If it's faulty, switch off the main power switch on the RB-box and replace the glass fuse. If the lighting is connected via the heater, verify this with the authorized electrician who performed the installation of the RB-box/lighting. If neither of these resolves the issue, there may be an internal RB-box/TS-panel PCB fault, which requires an authorized electrician to find the fault.

  If the Tylo Heater fuses or the ground fault interrupt device on the main switchboard trip as soon as you turn on the heater, do not use the heater. Switch off at the main RB-box switchboard trip and disconnect the heater fuses on the main switchboard. This could be due to a short-circuit at the heater GND (possibly a faulty heater element), faulty lighting connected to the RB-box, the heater not being used for a long time causing an insulation fault, too much water poured on the heater, or another internal heater fault. An authorized electrician is required to find the fault.
