  If your Tylo Heater isn't working and the control panel remains dark, start by checking if the main power switch is turned on. Also, inspect the fuses on the main switchboard, replacing or resetting them if necessary. A loose connection in the cabling between the heater and control panel may also be the culprit; in this case, switch off the heater's main power, reconnect each cable (or paired cables) to the control panel, and then switch the main power back on. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it may be due to a faulty 12VDC output, transformer, or control panel, which requires an authorized electrician to diagnose and repair.

Why do the fuses trip when I turn on my Tylo Heater?

  If the heater fuses or ground fault interrupt device on the main switchboard trip as soon as your Tylo Heater is turned on, immediately stop using the heater. Switch it off at the main switchboard trip and disconnect the heater fuses on the main switchboard. This issue may be due to a short-circuit at the heater GND, a fault in lighting connected to the heater, a long period of disuse causing an insulation fault, or too much water being poured on the heater. It could also indicate another internal heater fault. In any case, refrain from using the heater and disconnect it from the power supply.
