Removing the Battery
The 2×2’s battery is interchangeable, meaning
no downtime when working with the bike. Extra
batteries are available from Ubco Ltd.
a. Turn o the bike and remove the key.
b. Unfasten the battery plug lock with the keyring
Torx Tool provided with your bike’s keys, and
unplug from the bike. The socket is located on
the right-hand side of the battery.
c. Remove the battery strap.
d. Lift the seat. Lift the battery out of the bike with
two hands.
e. Store the battery on a stable, cool, dry surface.

YOUR BATTERY
In addition to your bike’s power supply, your Portage Battery System is
designed to be a robust, portable power supply accessed through the
bike. Your battery is UN38.3 certified and your charger is UL/CE certified to
provide safe operation, use, and transit. The battery is constructed from high
quality Panasonic 18650 Cylindrical Cells, mounted into cell holders, sealed
in a fibre-glass enclosure, sealed within an alloy case, and screwed shut.
The battery is shipped with a nominal charge, so you should fully charge the
battery before the first use.
Directional indicators, reflectors, rear light, number plate holder and mirrors on the road version only.
