3. WiFi requires two-factor authentication (logging in separately with username and
password), and this type of situation does not support connection.
z The robotcannot move:
1. Restart the robot;
2. Motor overcurrent protection, please press the emergency stop button and unlock it to
recover.
z The robot suddenly shuts down:
1. Restart the robot;
2. Battery overcurrent protection, try restarting after 5 minutes;
3. Low battery, please charge before trying to turn on again.
z The robot's positioning fails:
1. Check if the map and positioning points are correct;
2. Check if the sensor is dirty;
3. Check if the environment has changed or if the characteristic features of the positioning
point have changed.
