Varning!
UV-strålning kann snabbt orsaka allvarliga skador
på oskyddade ögon och hud!
Titta aldrig på en tänd UV-lampa!
Använd alltid heltäckande skyddsglasögon och
bomullsvantar vid arbeten med UV-lampor.
Tänd aldrig UV-lampor innan de är helt installerade
i UV-reaktorn.
Installation, drifttagning och underhåll skall göras
av behörig elektriker eller erfaren servicetekniker.
1. Lösgör kabelförskruvning 13 tills lampkabeln
14 löper lätt genom förskruvningen.
2. Anslut UV-lampan 15 ordentligt till lamp-
kontakten 16.
3. För försiktigt in UV-lampan i kvartsglaset tills
det når botten.
4. Ledaren utanpå lampan skall inte vara vänd
mot sensorfönstret, utan på motsatt sida.
5. Placera täckkåpan 17 över tryckringen 11 och
fixera den med de fyra skruvarna 18.
6. Dra åt kabelförskruvningen. Lampkabeln
skall inte kunna röra sig i kabelförskruv-
ningen.
Caution!
UV-radiation can greatly and instantly harm eyes and
skin! Never look into a burning UV-lamp!
At all times wear all-round closed protective classes and
textile fabric gloves when you are busy with UV-lamps.
Never switch on UV-lamps before completely inserted
into UV-radiation chamber.
Give the task of installing, commissioning and
servicing only a qualified electrician or an experienced
serviceman.
1. Loosen cable gland 13 until UV-lamp cable 14 can
easily be drawn through.
2. Connect UV-lamp 15 to joint 16 of UV-lamp cable
until stop.
3. Carefully slide UV-lamp into the quartz jacket until
touching bottom.
4. The wire along the lamp body must not be located
in front of the sensor window, but 180° turned away.
5. Slide end cap 17 down on thrust disk and tighten
with the four screws 18.
6. Tighten cable gland. The UV-lamp cable must not
move any more in the cable gland.
