Before Starting your Vehicle
Please ensure your vehicle is in a safe and sound technical condition before every ride.
To ensure safe and comfortable rideability, follow the below steps.
Battery Charge status:
It is recommended to maintain the SOC at 30% (minimum) to enjoy all three riding modes.
MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light):
MIL should go OFF once the vehicle is turned ON.
ABS indicator:
Check ABS indicator for proper functioning of ABS. It should go OFF once the vehicle
speed exceeds 5 km/h.
Meter console:
Check the meter console for any errors displayed.
Rear view mirrors:
Ensure that the rear-view mirrors give a good rear view when
you are sitting on the vehicle.
Throttle:
Check for smooth opening and closing.
Kill switch:
Check for proper functionality.
Lamps & Horn:
Check that headlamp, position lamps, tail/stop lamp, turn signal lamps, indicators, and
horn function properly.
Tires:
Check tread depth, damages, and tire pressure.
Drive chain:
Check condition and slackness. Lubricate if necessary.
Front & rear brakes uid:
Check for correct brake uid level in reservoirs.
Brakes operation:
Squeeze the brake lever and press the brake pedal while pushing the vehicle forward to
check against rolling.
Steering:
Check for smooth action and for easy manoeuvrability.
Side stand:
Check for proper functionality.
Fitting & Fasteners:
Check for looseness and tighten if necessary.
Leakage/Seepage:
Check for any uid/oil leakage/seepage from front & rear brake uid reservoirs, front &
rear suspensions, and transmission case.
