Front Suspension Sag:
Measure the difference in the vertical height from the bottom of the fork tube to
the bottom of the dust seal when the vehicle is rider-laden and when the unladen
vehicle front wheel is lifted.
Recommended total sag: 35mm
Rear Suspension Sag:
Measure the difference in the vertical height from the rear axle to the taillamp
when the vehicle is rider-laden and when the unladen vehicle rear wheel is lifted
on a paddock.
Recommended total sag: 15mm
Suspension
Front USD Fork Preload
Front USD forks are adjustable. They
can be adjusted as per the load/road
conditions accordingly.
Adjustment
1. Remove the front fork caps.
2. Install the front fork preload
adjustment tool onto the front fork.
3. Rotate the adjuster slowly as per the
requirement.
:
• Avoid the sudden jerk movement while making adjustment. Doing so might
damage the edges of adjuster.
• Ensure only 3 rings are visible after the adjustment.
• After adjustment, check for any damage.
