Warranty Policy
Ultraviolette Automotive Pvt. Ltd. warrants each new vehicle to be
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and
maintenance, subject to the limitations outlined in this warranty policy.
The appearance and longevity of your motorcycle largely depend on the
care it receives. Regular maintenance and adherence to the recommended
procedures are essential for optimal performance and warranty validity.
1. Warrantor:
Ultraviolette Automotive Private Limited and authorized centres.
2. Types Of Warranty And Warranty Periods:
The term of the warranty shall commence from the date of sale of the new vehicle
to the purchaser.
Warranty on each model shall be applicable as mentioned below:
2.1. Vehicle Standard Warranty-
Subject to separate coverage for certain parts and the exclusions and
limitations described in Clause 5 below , all new UV motorcycles are covered for
3 years (36 months) or 30,000 Kilometres (“KMs”) warranty, whichever comes
earlier. The warranty will commence from the date of sale.
2.2 Battery and Drivetrain Warranty
The battery’s gradual loss of energy or power over time is a natural occurrence
and is not covered under this warranty, except as specied herein. To maximize
battery life and capacity, please refer to the owner’s manual and UV companion
Mobile App for important maintenance and charging guidelines. Failure to follow
these recommendations may void this warranty.
