Rear Shock Absorber
Preload
The rear monoshock absorber is
adjustable to suit load and road conditions.
Adjustments should be made using the
rear shock absorber adjustment tools
available at the service center.
• Clockwise: Softer
• Anti-clockwise: Stiffer
Adjustment:
Adjustment can be made by using rear shock absorber adjustment tools
(Hook Spanner).
1. Hold the adjuster and loosen the locknut.
2. Tighten/loosen the adjuster as per the requirement.
3. After the adjustment, hold the adjuster and tighten the locknut.
The rear monoshock absorber contains high-pressure Nitrogen gas. Do not
attempt to disassemble or rell this assembly, as it may result in an explosion
and serious injury. Replacement and disposal should only be done by an
Authorized UV service center.
