Sl.No Description Probable Causes Troubleshooting
1 Vehicle not Turning ON
1. Fuse Failure
2. Auxillary battery discharged
1. Check the 5 Amps fuse below the pillion seat if blown out replace with the
spare fuse given.
2. If the vehicle is stored for long time the aux battery might get discharged.
Check the voltage of the aux battery present below the rider seat. (The voltage
should be 12.6V when the key is on OFF condition and 14.2V when the key is in
ON condition.)
3. If the voltage is below 10V aux battery might need to be replaced.
4. If the voltage registers below 12.6V but remains above 11-10.5 V, you can utilize
the vehicle charger by simply plugging it in, allowing it to charge for 1-2 hours,
and then attempting to start the vehicle.
5. If the vehicle doesn’t start even after charging, please contact customer
support for further assistance.
2 Vehicle not Arming
1. Throttle applied while arming the
vehicle
2. Brake switch failure
1. Release the throttle and try arming the vehicle.
2. Check if the brake light is glowing when brake is applied.
3. Contact customer support for further assistance.
3 Motor Deration
Motor temperature will be more than
120 Deg.
1. If driven for long time in ballistic mode at vehicle’s peak limit it will need some
time to cool down .Park the vehicle aside for 15-20 mins.
2. If it still occurs contact customer support for inspection.

Battery charging

1. Charger not plugged in the
charging socket correctly.

1. Check if the Charger Plug is locked on the charging socket.
2. Check the voltage supply of the plug point/Check with different power supply.
3. Refer Charging guidelines for further reference.
4. If the issue persist contact customer support for check-up.
6 Chain Noise
1. Chain Loose
2. Chain dry
1. Adjust the chain (40-45 mm) )
2. Clean the chain and lube every 500kms or 15 days.
7 Brake Noise
1. Brake pad worn out.
2. Dust between brake pads
1. Inspect the brake pads visually.(If brake pads worn out get it replaced)
2. Clean the calliper by pressure wash.

Rear View mirror
adjustment
Rear view mirror not ajusted properly
1. If the images in your rearview mirror appear distorted or unclear, you may want
to adjust the mirror settings for better visibility and clarity.This can be done
with the help of the toolkit provided.(Refer DIY Video)
9 Visibility of headlight
1. Headlight height low or high.
2. Low/high tyre pressure.
1. Adjust the tyre pressure for 30-32 PSI for front and rear respectively.
2. Adjust the headlight as per the reqirement (Refer DIY Video)

Handlebar pulling

1. Low tyre pressure.
2. Uneven preload fork setting.
1. Check and ajust the tyre pressure for 30-32 PSI for front and rear respectively.
2. Set equal preload on both the forks.(Refer DIY video)
