When left idle and unplugged, your vehicle periodically uses energy from the
battery for system tests and recharging the auxiliary 12V battery when necessary.
There is no advantage to waiting until the battery’s level is low before
charging. In fact, the battery performs best when it is charged regularly.
If you allow the battery to discharge to 0%, other components may damage
or require replacement. In such cases, you are responsible for repair and/or
transporting expenses. Discharge/ deep-discharge related expenses are not
covered by the warranty or under the Roadside Assistance Policy.
4. Transfer Of Ownership
The warranty benets may be transferred to a new owner if the motorcycle is
sold privately. This transfer is subject to Ultraviolette’s approval. To initiate a
warranty transfer, please complete and return the Transfer Form to Ultraviolette.
Subsequent owners should contact Ultraviolette to verify any remaining warranty
coverage and to ensure no prior actions have voided the warranty.
5. Exclusions Or Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by normal wear,
misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or other listed exclusions. For a
comprehensive list of exclusions, please refer to the warranty section of this
manual.
Modications or use of non-UV parts may void this warranty. The
warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not
limited to loss of time, income, or use of the vehicle.
5.1 Replacement of parts as a result of normal wear and tear such as chain and
sprockets and sprocket rubber dampeners, belt drive, brake discs and brake
pads, bulbs, communication, navigation and display systems, suspension oil
seals and dust covers, Front fork seals (particularly stone damage to inner fork
tubes), swingarm bush/bearings, alloy wheels, tyres, wheel bearings etc.; are not
covered by this warranty.
5.2 Damage or failure resulting from accidents or alterations; UV is not responsible
for damages due to re or incorrect wiring or incorrect charger or not using the
vehicle in a standard or as per prescribed manner.
5.3 Any Motorcycle where the speedometer or odometer has been interfered with,
altered, or disconnected or has failed.
5.4 Maintenance services, including, but not limited to wheel alignment or
balancing, appearance care (such as detailing, cleaning and polishing), minor
