  If the meter needle remains deflected off-scale to the right on your Ulvac Measuring Instruments, it could be due to several reasons: * The pressure might be beyond the measurable range (0.4 to 2700 Pa). * The sensor head cable may not be connected; reconnect it after turning the power off. * The sensor head cable might be disconnected; check its continuity with a circuit tester and replace it if necessary. * The filament might have burnt out; check its continuity with a circuit tester (using no more than 10 mA current to avoid shortening its life; resistance should be about 13 ? at atmospheric pressure) and replace it if needed.

How to fix Ulvac GP-1G when the meter needle doesn't deflect on power ON?

  If the meter needle of your Ulvac Measuring Instruments does not deflect when the power is turned on, the fuse may have burnt out. Replace the fuse (250 VAC, 0.5 A) after turning off the power to the controller. If the fuse blows out immediately after replacement, the device requires repair.
