9. Transportation of Lithium Metal Battery
This unit uses a lithium metal battery inside.

According to the UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (UN Recommendations),
the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the International Air Transport Association (IATA),
the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the Department of Transportation (DOT) and other
organizations provide for transportation of lithium metal and lithium ion batteries.
For lithium metal batteries, the packaging method, appropriate transportation method, and special
regulations are established depending on the amount of metallic lithium contained in the battery. Follow
these regulations when transporting this unit.
