The following instructions are intended

ised service personnel.

1) Maximum output adj ustment

- Operate the b oiler in “ calib ration” mode at MAXI-

MUM OUTP UT ( see 3.11.1).

- Once the b urner is on check that the “ MAXIMUM”

pressure va lue corresponds to that indicated in

the tab le “ NOZZLES - P RESSURE” .

- Should it not correspond, correct it b y removi ng

the screw cap ‘’Q’’ and turning screw “S” b elow

CLOCKW ISE to increase it, ANTICLOCKW ISE

to decrease it.

3) Conclusion of the b asic calib rations

- once the gas v alv e minimum and max imum pres-

sure va lues are checke d and top-up is required

( points 1-2):

- disab le the timed “ calib ration” function b y switch-

ing off the main switch.

- Remove the eible tube from the pressure

gauge and close the pressure socet screw

again.

- Chec that there are no gas leas.

3.12 - ADJ USTING THE BURNER

2) Minimum output adj ustment

- Operate the b oiler in “ calib ration” mode at MINI-

MUM OUTP UT ( see 3.11.1)

- Once the b urner is on, check that the “ MINIMUM”

pressure v alue corresponds to that indicated in the

tab le “ NOZZLES - P RESSURE” .

- Correct it if needed b y turning ( with a screwdriv er)

the screw “R”; CLOCKW ISE to increase it, ANTI-

CLOCKW ISE to decrease it.

All b oilers leave the factory already cali-

b rated and tested, howeve r in the eve nt

the gas va lve recalib ration is required:

- Loosen the needle screw ‘’P’’ located inside the

pressure socke t at gas va lve outlet and connect

a pressure gauge with reference to the gure.

- Check the supply pressure va lue ( see NOZZLES

- P RESSURES tab le).

w ater mode.
